Downtown | Channelside
If are looking for a chic urban lifestyle, check out Tampa’s Channelside District. Hyde Park Village is an upscale shopping district located near the intersection of Swann and Rome Avenues encompassing several city blocks. Visit Hyde Park Village on the first Sunday of a month, for an delightful street fair.
Walk along South Howard Avenue, known as “SOHO,” to find outstanding restaurants.
Palma Ceia
Palma Ceia is “the heart of South Tampa” and one of Tampa’s premier neighborhoods.
Palma Ceia is located five miles southwest of downtown Tampa. It is a quaint neighborhood with specialty shops, restaurants, and cafes. The antique red brick paved streets are lined with oak trees. People have enjoyed living in this Tampa neighborhood since the 1920’s.
Northeast Tampa
Do you prefer newer areas and love outdoors? New Tampa offers modern communities near terrific parks with easy access to biking trails or canoeing.
